Shopping Centre

This project transforms an old factory into a contemporary shopping centre while preserving its industrial character through the restoration of its metal structure and vaulted ceiling.

The architectural concept draws on retro colours, bringing freshness and vitality to the space. The design creates a bright, welcoming and lively environment for relaxation and socialising.

The centre includes a gallery, clothing store, daycare centre, bubble tea shop, food court with bar and public restrooms.
